Tasty Tasty Tasty

I am falling in love with Bee Pollen. I love putting it in my smoothies. And cherries are back in season! Time to get me a cherry pitter ASAP.

This is lovely superfood smoothie that is great for days when you want excess energy.


2-3 cups of fresh OJ
1 banana
1 cup of cherries
1 apple
tbls ginger powder
tbls bee pollen
tsp NCP probiotic Powder
